Information you choose to share

Newsletter signup takes place on LEONIS Comics Substack, which handles subscription details under its own privacy terms. The website no longer collects new newsletter registrations. Existing inquiry forms save the details you choose to submit for review; career forms may include a résumé.

How information is used

Contact details are used to review and respond to your request. Saving an inquiry does not send an email or subscribe you to the newsletter. Product-interest forms save adult contact details and the selected item for publisher review. They do not enroll anyone in the newsletter. Previously saved newsletter requests have not automatically been transferred to Substack.

Email and video services

Email links open your email app with leoniscomics@gmail.com as the recipient. You must press Send. Automatic forwarding of saved inquiries is not configured. Newsletter email is handled by Substack. YouTube players contact YouTube after you choose Play.

Analytics and external services

Optional first-party event measurement is off by default. If enabled by the operator, it records event type, page, item, timestamp, and referring hostname without contact fields or a persistent visitor identifier. No advertising trackers are included. Stripe checkout opens on Stripe and is governed by its policies. Social and email links use their respective providers.

Control and retention

Contact leoniscomics@gmail.com to request access, correction, deletion, or unsubscribe. Records are retained while needed to respond or maintain your requested subscription, unless you request deletion or a legal obligation applies. Do not include sensitive financial, medical, or identity information in forms.

Industry access

Restricted industry files require server-side authorization. Access credentials should not be shared. The server may record basic request information for operations.
